A kibbud is confirmed only after the payment provider approves the transaction or the office confirms receipt of an arranged payment. A temporary hold or pledge is not a completed sponsorship.
Kibbud availability, tefillah details, and assignments may need to be corrected by the office or gabbaim if circumstances require. If a listed kibbud cannot be provided as described, the office will contact the sponsor to arrange an appropriate resolution.
